Returns & Refunds

We want you to feel confident shopping with Novoses. That’s why your order is backed by a 90-day guarantee.

Please note:

  • For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used items cannot be returned.

  • If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, you may be eligible for a partial refund, depending on the condition of the product.

  • Photos or videos of the received item may be required to process your request.

To start a return, email us at team@novoses.com with your order number and the name/email used at checkout. We will provide you with the correct return address (please note that our return warehouse is not located at our office).

Conditions

  • Refunds are only offered for regular-priced items. Sale items and digital/downloadable products are non-refundable.

  • If the wrong item was sent or your product arrived defective, we’ll work with you to make it right.

  • In all other cases, you’ll be responsible for return shipping costs. A $2 processing fee applies to cover transaction charges.

Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for paying their own return shipping costs. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

  • For international orders, Novoses is not responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees incurred on return shipments.

Refund Process

Once your return is received, please allow 8–12 business days for us to inspect and process the refund. You’ll receive an email confirmation once the refund has been issued.

For non-PayPal orders, it may take an additional 8–12 business days for your bank to finalize the refund on your end.

If after this period you still have not received your refund, please email us at team@novoses.com and we’ll double-check for you.

Order Changes & Cancellations

  • Orders can be changed or cancelled only if they have not yet shipped.

  • If your order has already been shipped, cancellations are no longer possible. You may still return the item once received.

  • A $2 cancellation processing fee applies to cover transaction costs.

Final Notes

  • Physical or cosmetic changes to a product that do not affect its function are not covered under this policy.

  • We are unable to add products to an existing order after it has been placed. Please place a new order if you would like to purchase additional items.
