At Novoses, we aim to provide high-quality products and equally reliable customer service. Below you’ll find details on our shipping and return policies.
Shipping Policy
Where We Ship
We ship worldwide to most countries. Unless otherwise stated on the product page, orders are fulfilled within 24–48 hours of being placed.
Delivery Times

Domestic orders: 2–5 business days after confirmation.

International orders: 8–14 business days.
If your order has not arrived within 2–3 weeks, please contact us at team@novoses.com and we’ll assist you.
Multiple Shipments
To keep prices low and quality high, some products may ship separately from different warehouses. This means if you order multiple items, they may arrive in different packages.
Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled or changed only if they have not yet shipped.

A $2 processing fee applies to cover transaction costs.

If your order has already shipped, cancellations are not possible. You may still return the item once received (see Return Policy).
Missing Packages
If a tracking number shows your order as “delivered” but you haven’t received it:

Please first check with your local courier or neighbours.

Novoses is not liable for incorrect address information provided at checkout or missed delivery attempts.
We’ll do our best to help, but no refunds or replacements will be issued for items marked as successfully delivered.
If you believe your package was stolen, you may file a claim with your local courier.
Shipping Costs & Taxes

Shipping is free on orders above $50 (to most destinations).

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs (non-refundable).

International customers may incur duties, taxes, or fees upon delivery. These are not covered by Novoses.
Shipping Insurance

Without Shipping Insurance: We cannot replace or refund lost, misplaced, or stolen packages once marked “delivered.”

With Shipping Insurance ($4.95): You are fully covered in the event of lost, damaged, or stolen packages. Claims must be filed within 7 days of the delivery date by contacting team@novoses.com.
Failed Delivery Attempts
If your package is returned to our warehouse due to failed delivery attempts or incorrect address:

Without Shipping Insurance: Customers may request reshipment (additional fees apply). A partial refund of up to 30% may be issued if reshipment is declined.

With Shipping Insurance: One free reshipment is included.
